No. (well there is but someone would need to write some software and you
can purchase it.)
You can use the LPD Service on XP to print to port 515.
Install Print Services for Unix. Change the TCP/IP Printer server to
automatically start on boot. Add port 515 as a firewall exception.
The Unix machine will also need to support LPR.

I'm trying to set up a PC and printer, to allow printing from a VMS (unix
like) system to the printer attached to the pc. Normally from the VMS box
