Application errors when printing to Ricoh 2051

Hello Everyone,

I have a user who is experiencing trouble when printing to a networked
Ricoh 2051. When printing in any application, it errors and closes,
including explorer.exe (when printing a test page). She can print
successfully to any other networked printer. It's just this one
printer and only this user. I have removed the printer and added it
and tried a test page but it still errors and closes. Any one of any
suggestions?
