I recently installed a HP Photosmart D7360 printer. My problem is, the
removable "card reader " drive won't install. I've contacted HP, and they
tell me the
problem is with my computer, since everything will install on my wifes
computer. Does anyone have any ideas?

Re: Swapped HD, now computer wont boot ... I really want to have the built-in memory card reader in the computer ... The PC that won't load XP can't get far enough into loading to detect the ... You could boot from the XP CD and do a repair install,... Generally speaking it's not best practice to simply swap hard drives,... (microsoft.public.windowsxp.general)

Re: XP Install does like 250gb HDD ... The card reader I had the problem with is an external one connected to the USB port.... I have tried the install with all the other drives connected, and I've tried with only the HDD and one DVDRW ... I did read on another post about a USB Card reader, I have a card reader in the machine and connects internally via a 8 pin block to the motherboard, I might try an install again shortly with that removed to see... ...
