Is your printer a Brother inkjet, and does the printer have a display? If so
does the display also say "error 41" or "Machine error 41"?
If this is the case your printhead has probably failed. Try getting it repaired
by Brother under warranty, they will probably honour the warranty for 18 months
from purchase or 24 months from date of manufacture. This error (if your
printer is as I have assumed) was common and due to poor quality manufacturing.
In this case be quite determined with the supplier or Brother.
