The PC that the printer is actually connected to..... what O/S is it
running? Home or Pro?

Hi Cari. No running Pro - SP2. Running McAfee. This is one has stopped

The PC probably runs XP Home and has a Norton (aka Symantec) antivirus
software installed. Go into the Printer Properties, and in the
Advanced Options, set it to print direct instead of using the printer.
It will be slow but the other option is choose another
antivirus/internet security option. (Personally I'd choose the
latter...!)

This has me stumped. Running XP-SP2 on a Dell 8400 wireless. Two users
accounts. The Admin can print, but the other user won't. I have
reinstalled drivers, still no luck. The printer is on a home network.
