In my HP printer setting, I try and change certain setting such as the
speed from Normal to Draft or Fast Draft. Once the Apply buttom has been
pressed and I click OK and then go back into the setting, they have
reverted
to the default setting. This can also happen in various other programs
and
not printer related. In other words my setting don't seem to stick. Is
there a registry key that will allow setting to stick. I found one that
is
located in Current
User/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Policies/Explorer.
In that location I put a DWORD called NoSaveSettings with a value of "0".
This in effect did not work! Any advice would be helpful.
Choose one of the Printing Shortcuts from Printer Preferences which suits
your needs and then click Apply.
