I am using Windows XP, I can't seem to figure out how to fax more
than one document. It only sends a cover page. How do I add more
documents? Iamtrying to send a resume with it, but it will only send a
cover page. I am faxing out of the fax console wizard.
To send a document with a cover page, open the document and print it to the
"Windows Fax" printer. This opens a wizard with several steps. In the third
step, you can choose a cover page and supply information to go in it.
To send more than one document with a cover page, you could print each one
to the "Microsoft Office Document Image Writer" printer. Each document
printed will appear in a separate window, with a left pane showing
thumbnails of the pages. To merge the documents, you can copy the
thumbnails and paste them into one of the windows. Then print the merged
document to the "Windows Fax" printer.
