Not that I'm aware of. The usual audio circuits will likely introduce enough
phase distortion to really screw up the modem signal.

Is there any company or individual who has written a software driver
that tricks XP (or Ubuntu, if anyone who knows about that is here) into
sending the audio of a fax or 56k internet connection to an audio
device on the mixer? I have the means to send that type of stream to a
VOIP program, and I could easily hack together a cradle-style modem or
a chat cord (Both of which would access the phone lines without a
modem).
A Skype Out option would also be great, if that exists.
