I upgraded to Win XP SP2 Home edition. I lost the ability to fax. I go to the
control panel and add a windows program and check the fax. It says to insert
a disk in the drive. I have inserted the original Win XP disk and the Windows
XP Serivce Pack 2 disk (which I acquired from MS) and it can not find the
files or programs to install the fax program.

FYI. The upgrade was also part of a hard disk drive upgrade that I had
someone else perform. Is this related to the problem???

Right now I am lost as to what to do/
