IPP Problem

Problem with IPP using WinXP Pro. When attempting to connect and install a
remote printer via the IIS interface, the ASP page shows a progress bar with
one box, displays the message "Checking network connection ...", then
redisplays the progress bar with three boxes and the message "Verifying
login name ...", then finally giving the message "Printer Installation
Failed The handle is invalid.". Both the remote machine and the host machine
are NOT part of a domain, but rather standalone systems.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
