Re: Prints first inch of document only

Is the printer connected to a print server? 'via ethernet' is not really an
adequate description for me to ascertain exactly how it's connected to your
network.

I did use the procedure suggested in the website you offered. I actually
did
it twice and to no avail. Still prints only 1 inch and spits out page. I
DID connect it directly to the printer via USB port and it will print all
data without hiccup or failure. The rest of the computers on the network
print complete and without problem through the ethernet connections. All
except my laptop. Any other suggestions will be appreciated.

I have a home network with 6 computers on it. Just bought new HP
OJ6310xi
All in One and is accessed by ethernet card. My HP desktop prints
anything
from any application complete without problem. Even my wife's iMac
laptop
prints with no issues. My HP dv4015cl laptop printed fine at first.
Now, it
only will print the first inch of any requested job, stop and push out
the
page as if "I'm done". I have done a thorough uninstall and reinstall
of the
drivers several times. Still only prints first inch and is done.
Checked
all print settings, found them to be correct.
Could this be a problem with XP print spooler corruption?
