Re: Colors not printing as expected

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

Dee, since your problem only began yesterday, use System Restore to go back
to the day before yesterday and see if the problem recurs. If it does, then
it's probably not Windows but something internal to the printer or its ink.
When was the last time you checked to see if the ink cartridges were full?
Is this genuine manufacturer's ink?

What has happened to the PC since the time it printed correctly and the time
it didn't print correctly? Exactly what was changed.... drivers, installed
applications etc?

Hi Peter:

I have had the same thing happen to me with my Hp 2000C and my Epson
Stylus Photo 825. It was fine early yesterday and all of a sudden it
won't print yellow or green. Yellow comes out white and green comes
out blue. I have searched and searched. I tried the things that were
suggested to you with no success. Have you found an answer by any
chance?

Thanks,
Dee
