Run a couple of cleaning and maintenance cycles.... but if there's still no
black being printed, it would indicate a printer head problem. What make
and model printer is this?

i thought the black ink cartridge was empty but i replaced it and it still
wont print black ink. i cant find anything in control panel that seems to
pertain to this problem
