RE: Printer refuse to print
Your modem has nothing to do with your printer unless you are trying
to print something from the Internet (maybe). Uninstall and reinstall the
printer in accordance with accompanying instructions (brochure) or
installation CD. DO NOT connect the printer until told to do so. Unplug the
printer first, delete present printer, and reboot.
