MS Fax silent document conversion

After several days with many problems I finally made MS Fax work from VB6
app with shared fax on the server. Now I'm tuning the entire process. During
document conversion (fax image preparation) the associated with file
application is appearing on the screen. I'd like not to see it. Is there any
way to suppress that?
