Shared Printers on XP Pro

We have an XP Pro system, on an Active Directory domain, that we are
trying to share a printer off of. The printer's permissions have been
setup so that only a few users can connect to it. When one of those
users logs into another workstation, they are unable to connect to the
printer. They get an access denied error. I have checked the
permissions and verified that they are correct. An administrator can
add the printer, but not a regular user.

I am aware that only an admin can install the printer drivers. The
drivers are installed on the workstation and the regular users do have
the authority to load and unload device drivers. This works perfectly
fine when the computer sharing the printer is Windows 2000 Pro with the
same settings, but when the system was upgraded to XP Pro, it broke.

Any suggestions?
