Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance



Go into the Device Manager and scroll down to the USB connections. Check
the Properties of each and ensure that under the Power Management section,
that they are not using the Default setting which is to turn off when not in
use to save power. If they are, UNCHECK the box.
