i tried to install the drivers from the disk that came with the
printer....(which is for xp) couold not install as my plug and play could not
reconize the printer....another device (printer) that i tried to install had
a message that said...."port not reconized" so i'm assuming the items i
deleated casued it......(or there needed to install drivers)
