Printer will only work in Admin Account

Thank you both for your replies. I installed programs, updates and SP2
before installing the printer, so I had no idea this related to SP2. I
hope someone knows of a fix.

Rani, when I install a program from the Admin account it shows up in
the all users program files. I read about a way to "cut" the program
from your program files and "paste" it into All Users Programs. Maybe
it would be safer to "copy" and paste it. And probably even safer to
wait for confirmation about this.
