Printer will only work in Admin Account

I forgot to mention when the printer won't work I get the following
error:

"AIO.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close" and MS wants to
sent an error report.

Also, the problem is the printer will not COPY or SCAN in the limited
user accounts, it will print. I didn't state this properly.

Again, I would appreciate any help.
