Hi,

My notebook is a Compaq NC8000 ( Pentium M processor 1700
MHZ with 1GB RAM) running XP Professional, Version 2002,
SP 1.

I am trying to add a printer through Control Panel ->
Printer and Faxes -> Add a printer . I get a message
saying "Operation could not be completed". I am using
administrator account. The printer is not directly
connected to my notebook, but is within the same network,
my note book is connected.

How to resolve this.

Thanks in advance.

Varda
