You should be able to send faxes in windows using a fax driver, however to
recieve and setup an answer phone system etc you will probably need a third
party application...
Look through your driver disks that came with the PC you may find the the
modem disk has the software required to do this on the disk. *Most* companies
only install the driver to access the modem but not the full anwser phone
suite etc
I use BitWare but don't know if they still operate.
