Thanks for the quick response. No matter what I'm sending
the fax from it does this. The way I'm sending
is 'file' 'print' either in Word, Excel or Quickbooks and
then I select fax. This then takes me through the wizard
normally and sends ok to destination. Just sends a copy
to the fax machine.

The XP fax is only set up to send and not receive. There
is a dial up modem which is being used as internet - so
obviously we can't send when on the internet. The fax
machine is set up seperately and on it's own seperate
phone line (Not connected to the PC).

I hope this gives you enough info to help out - and thanks
again for the quick response. Hope to hear back soon.

Lee
