Check your host controller. V2 Premier is infamous for
installing the Via chipset which doesn't respond correctly
in XP.
R|C My Computer | Click manage | Click Device Manager |
Click on the + sign nextto Universal Serial Bus
Controller. If it shows a Via host controller go to V2
Premier's website and get the update to the chipset. It'll
show as the Hyperion 4-in-1.
