You're correct-I wasn't clicking the Advanced button. When I click===========================
on the summary tab, it gives me the field to enter the description
into. It does give me the option to click the advanced button, but
when I click it it only gives me the list of fields, it doesn't give
me the space to enter anything into it as on your screen shot. Is
there an e-mail address that I could send this screenshot of what I
have to?
When I just click one JPEG file, I can enter the information into the
comment that I want and just clicking the summary tab. However, when
I click on more than one file and right click on properties, those
fields do not accept data.

Did you try scrolling down to the
bottom of the Properties screen?
Upload the file to the following site
and post the link here.
"YouSendIt"
http://www.yousendit.com/
All you have to do is enter an e-mail
address in the Recipient field and
click the browse button to select the
image you wish to upload. Then
click the "Send It" button.
The next screen that appears will give
you the download link. Just copy/paste
it into the message to the newsgroup.
