Check the write access to the All Users/ Documents folder

Step 1: Safe Mode

To start your computer in Safe Mode, follow these steps:
1. Shut down your computer and switch it off.
2. Turn the computer on, and once the POST (Power On Self Test) has
completed, tap the F8 key until you see the option for Safe Mode.
3. Highlight Safe Mode With Networking and press Enter.

Note: The display effects are limited in Windows Safe Mode. However,
this is just a
temporary situation for our troubleshooting process.

Step 2: Changing few Permissions for Drive C:\.

1. Open My Computer
2. Right Click on "C:\" and then Left Click on "Properties"
3. Now, let's click on "Security" tab on the top.
4. Click on "Everyone" under Group Or User Names.
5. Under "Permissions for Everyone" Select "Full Control" Under
"Allow" (All the permission should be checked after this)
6. Click "Advanced" and then in the "Permissions" tab select "Everyone
group" and
Check the box to "replace permission entries on all child objects with
entries
shown here That apply to child objects")
7. Then, Click on "OK". This will take a long time to complete.

Step 3:

Restart computer normally and try to install Digital Image Suite again
