I have tried the suggestion, Start-Run-regsvr32
shimgvw.dll but it didn't fix it. I also went to
folders-options-multimedia and made sure everything was
correct. What do I do now to fix it?
==========================================
Try the following command to
force a reinstall.

Enter...... regsvr32 /i shimgvw.dll
(yes, the space after the 2 and the space
after the i is required)

Press...Enter...

You should see a dialog box that says:
DllRegisterServer and DllInstall in shimgvw.dll succeeded

I did and the dialog box came up and said it had succeeded. When I shut

down, restarted and went to check it out, the Send Pictures Via Email
dialog box still didn't pop up. What should I try next?

Please don't say edit the registery. I am leary about the registery but
if that is what you suggest be very specific. I have never tried it but
I am ready to try anything.
