Re: *More* Scanner & Camera wizard, Don’t Scan.

Never mind the article about printing...but the
following articles about installing the software
may be useful. I think I would uninstall the
HP drivers and the reboot the computer...
WinXP will install basic drivers for your
HP that may work for you...if not...you can
reinstall the HP drivers.

Running Windows XP Pro. HP OfficeJet K 60 All-In-one

Have had an intermittent problem for some time. Finally
reached the point where it won’t scan more often than it
will. I get the following error message:

Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has
encountered a problem and needs to close…….

Error Signature:

szAppName: svchost.exe szAppVer: 5.1.2600.2180
szModName: rpcrt4.dll szModVer: 5.1.2600.2180 offset:
0000c3fl.

Every thing else seems to work just fine, so I assume
this is a problem with the OS. Any thoughts on how to
correct this problem will be appreciated.

Have you tried reinstalling or updating the
scanner driver. Sometimes they get corrupted.

Try the following site:

Also try the 'Solve a problem' and 'FAQ'
links in the left pane.
