So, why did you overwrite the files?

The Microsoft message was quite clear as to what would happen if you said
"Yes" or "Yes to All" -- probably the latter -- yet you did it anyway.

Ok, so I finally found someone that will understand the
mistake that I have made. I didn't change the filename
and now the first set of pics that I had saved into the
folder is now corrupt I suppose. I did a file recovery
on it, but the orginal files seems to be corrupt. Is
there anything I can do?

If you saw a dialog that said "Would you like
to *replace* the existing file xxxxx with this one
xxxxx" and you selected "Yes" or "Yes To All."...
Your images have been overwritten and are
not recoverable.
