Move Desktop Shortcut icon.

PC with 2.2 GHz Intel P4, 1.5GB RAM, 200 GB Hard Drive, Win Xp Home.

I went to START > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore and inadvertently moved the program to my desktop where it appears as a shortcut icon.
I want to move it off the desktop and place it back where it was originally. There must be an embarrassingly simple way to do it, but I can't figure out how. Instructions Please.
