Re: Column: Create a Story from a Single Still Photo with Photo St

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

it may be possible but I've never heard of anyone even trying it... if
you're a programmer and can handle XML files, you might be able to.... but
if you had those skills you probably wouldn't be asking here, so the short
answer is no you can't do it....

Hello guys,

Thanks a lot for the very specific tips, John and Michael.

Now, those tips would be really cool if you can do them to merge
_PhotoStory3_ project files -- you know, those with the WP3 extension.
WMVs
are no longer editable in those programs as far as photo pan/zoom options
and
timing/transiton effects are concerned.

Is there a way to do this on WP3 files?

Thanks again.
Gaston

Now I want to know if there's any way to MERGE or JOIN
existing MULTIPLE PS3 PROJECTS INTO ONE large project. This would
really be a neat feature to add to PS3's list
of already cool features.

You can use Windows Movie Maker to combine two or more PhotoStorys.

...or any video editing program that can import .wmv files produced by
Photo Story 3 will allow further editing/authoring. I prefer to use
NeroVision Express 3.
