Want to help new user email photos

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I would like to help a new user email some photos. I use ThumbsPlus, so I
am not familiar with using XP for this purpose. I checked the help file,
and it sounds simple. However, the directions say to click the photo I want
to send (under My Pictures), then click "e-mail this file" under "file and
folder taskes," then I should be able to click on "make all my pictures
smaller" (which is just what she want).

Well, I just tried it on my own computer to make sure I could show her --
and there is *no* "file and folder tasks that I can find. Instead, I have
the option to email using Yahoo -- which means that she would need a Yahoo
account, and I do not see any way there to downsize.

Help! This sounds very simple, but I must be overlooking something since I
can't find the "file and folder tasks" option under My Pictures.

We both use XP-Home Edition.
