Re: can't seem to find pictures



You can search for them.
Click on Start and click on Search. Type exactly the following in the
textbox "All or part of the file name":
*.jpg
And click on Search.
This will return all the photo files (jpg) on your hard drive. Change the
Views of the files found window to Thumbnails if not already in this view.
Look at the thumbnails to find one of the photo you are looking for. Right
click on it. Click on Open the folder where this file is located on the
opening menu.

In the future, copy the photo files to your hard drive, open every photo to
make sure they are there. Then make a copy of them to a CD. Open the CD and
make sure they are there. Then, and only then, you delete them from your
camera card. To do this, look in your camera manual for FORMAT. Follow the
procedure and this will delete all the photos from the card and make the
card ready for new photos.

If the above search fails, you can still recover the files from your memory
card with this software:
