RE: SONY DSC-p32 digital cameraHELP???

I have the same problem. I have a Sony DSC W1 and windows xp home edition
does not allow me to transfer my digital pictures on the camera to my
computer. I get a message saying that file 'ptpusd.dll' on windows xp home
editon service 1 cd is needed. I updated my windows xp and I still get the
same message. I too need help in this matter. thanks
