SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!

I am the only person who has access to my computer.I am a novice user.When I
went on last night I noticed that my display picture was not the pic I
posted.It was an x-rated one which I know I didn't put.I took it out and what
was suppose to be my pic was gone.Since then my computer has been messed up
big time.However,when I run my McAfee Virus Scan, there is no virus per the
program.Can someone put a pic without my authorization?I tried to access the
McAfee Tracer but found nothing. My firewall and Virus protection is through
McAfee.I also have Firewall protection from my computer.Also, Spyware and
RegMechanic for Windows.Please, help me as I am disabled and my computer is
my only source to the outside when I am sick.Mahalo, from Hawaii...Lynn V.
