As with Brigit below, we also had the Scanner Wizard
suddenly not appear on the desktop after trying to upgrade
RealPlayer. We can now access the wizard by going into the
Control Panel and right clicking on the correct removable
device, but we still cannot get the wizard to appear on
the desktop. We did not take off Realplayer like Brigit
did. Also, Realplayer does not work.
