    Does this e-mail account function correctly
    when there are no attachments included?

    Is it possible that the file size of the attachment
    exceeds the limit of your friend's ISP?

    There's also a possibility that a security setting
    needs to be adjusted. For example...in Outlook
    Express 6 you would go to...

    Tools / Options / Security tab and uncheck...

    "Do not allow attachments to be saved or
    opened that could potentially be a virus"

    BTW, generally speaking...it's a good idea to limit
    attachments to one per message.
