I have run a multitude of system checks including Norton Systemworks, MacAfee scan, Kaspersky scan, Trendmicro scan, Adware SE scan, Ewidoscan, and Spybot scan.

But... the cause refers to Pentium, not AMD (and I have an AMD processor, not a Pentium).
