I've looked and looked and looked with no success.
I'm looking for backup software that will back up folders and or files
to my cd-rw or my dvd-rw. I want the software to automatically prep the
rw and then copy.
I DON'T WHAT THESE BACKUPS TO BE ARCHIVED. I simply want
to copy them as is from c: No need for scheduling or copying
to the internet.

Any help will be appreciated
James

Confusing post. Why would anyone copy personal files to anywhere on the
internet?

Think the response from Shel was assuming you have INCD or some other
equivalent already running. 2 options at that point. Whatever app is
creating such file can be written directly to CD/DVD, and its normal
location on the C: partition as well. Also, windows explorer can copy
it to CD/DVD in that case.

The nice thing about windows interaction with CD writing (not DVD) is
that you don't have to have windows and the INCD or equivalent running
to read it.
