I do not know what web site you are referring to. However, it sounds like one I would not use.
You never replied to my last post!
I think you have said this an HP Notebook. Please provide the model and advise when it was purchased new.
You have not provided any details regarding the BSOD Stop Error. To move forward I need a copy of that Report. Is Automatic Restart still turned off.?
Disable automatic restart on system failure. This should help by allowing time to write down the STOP code properly. Right click on the My Computer icon on the Desktop and select Properties, Advanced, Start-Up and Recovery, System Failure and uncheck box before Automatically Restart.
Do not re-enable automatic restart on system failure until you have resolved the problem. Check for variants of the Stop Error message.
Copying Event Viewer reports. You were sucessful but next time please provide only one copy of the Report. You posted four identical copies of the same report i.e. they all had a the the same date / time stamp.

Hope this helps.

Hi Gerry,
I wanted to say that I had read one of your threads where you
were helping someone else with a similar problem with stop and
error messages. And you had mentioned about checking a website
for scanning for bad drivers. Well, I took the advice and scanned
my drivers. I found that I had 41% of drivers that failed or bad.
That may be a good reason for alot of my error troubles. What are
your thoughts?
I also wonder, should I download my bad drivers as they suggest,
or do you suggest a better site to download?
Sincerely, Tim
