Oh! thats big thread Gerry! unfortunately i use the motherboard intigrated
graphics card ... Intel 945G express chipset family. Well, I'll again try
uninstalling the driver, installing standard VGA driver and then installing
the actual driver.

Same for sound card, it is also intigrated!

DEP is on for essencial windows progs

My pc is in Network, I'm not in domain but in workgroup .. say with around
25 PCs, rest few r in domain. again NIC in onboard and it has latest
available driver.
