There is more to restoring your computer than reinstalling Windows. In your case, you need to reinstall the driver for your video card.

May I make the following additional suggestion: The manufacturer of your computer may have on its web site complete instructions for reinstalling your system, which will include all necessary drivers and other software. I would suggest checking it out.
