Worked liked a charm. Thank You. Having this service off also explains
why I was having trouble installing a few things. I thought for sure I
was being invaded. Just didn't know from where. Now defrag works, apps
are installing and all because of switching one service back on. Amazing!

I tried reinstalling defrag by using the .inf file but that didn't work.
Defrag was working just fine the other day. Can't figure what I must
have done.

I right click the drive I want to defrag. Then Properties > Tools >
Defrag Now. I get the Defrag window, just no action when I click the
button. Any thoughts?
