Ouch! Please don't yell at us. We can hear you if you type normally, in
mixed case.
When you reinstall Windows, the first step is formatting the drive. That
takes everything off the drive, so there is no need to do any "CLEANING ALL
DATA BEFOREHAND."
Just boot from the Windows XP CD (change the BIOS boot order if necessary to
accomplish this) and follow the prompts for a clean installation (delete the
existing partition by pressing "D" when prompted, then create a new one).
