Be aware that when you choose standby, any program in memory, including
document revisions, will be lost in the event of a power failure. If you
have a UPS system, continue as you were...

I really need some help everyone. New build system with the following
specification:
MSI 975X Platinum Power Up Edition
Pentium D 945 Processor
2 gig of ram
Nvidia GeForce 7600GT
XP home edition
System starts sleep mode and freezes, does not go into standby at all.
I already checked bios and ACPI is enabled on S1 state. All is ok that
I see, i've installed the latest drivers from Nvidia, upgraded the
firmware on motherboard, and even tried re-installing a fresh copy of
Windows XP Home on it. Still no luck. Well, I had luck once, I
installed bootvis program and it did go into standby while testing
system, but it happened only a few times, now it is not working again.
All help is greatly appreciated, i've googled for answer and can't find
a solution so far. PLEASE HELP, thank you so much for reading. Look
forward to responses, thank you.
