Open Services...
Start | Run | Type: services.msc | Click OK |
Scroll down to and double click DCOM Server Process Launcher |
Set Startup type to Automatic | Click OK | Close Services |
Reboot
DCOM Server Process Launcher

- Can't seem to analyse or defragment - error message says either out of
memory or the connection to the defragmentation engine has failed -
retry - latest one is error occured in c:/windows/registration.
I have 20% free disk space and have closed down programs
