Hi,
By chance, are these machines running IE 7 beta? If no, what is the
version of IE installed?
Does Start - Help and support display normally?

Thanks Bert,
However, I should have mentioned that I already 'went there, tried
that' and
it didn't work. Also, as I am trying this on several different
machines in
the lab, it doesn't make sense to me that IE would be corrupted on all
of the
machines...if you have any other suggestions it would be very much
appreciated.

Thanks!

System Restore is enabled in Services (RPC, dependant service,
enabled too),
turned on in registry key, NOT disabled in My
computer>Properties>System
Restore tab. Have logged on to various lab machines using every
possible set
of credentials (local admin, domain admin, etc.) to both local and
network,
and get BLANK WHITE SCREEN. RunAs, running executable from command
prompt; have tried everything. It apparently has NOT be turned off
by group policy -
has anyone ever experienced this? I can't seem to find an answer
anywhere.
My 'team' (large) cannot help either...
