hijacked home page

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

My home page was hijacked by the zlob.downloader virus. I ran spy bot and
took care of the virus, but now i cant get my home page (google) back. I
Have tried Internet options. I need help
