Help me, Which library has KeTryToAcquireSpinLockAtDpcLevel() API??

Hi all,
I'm working on WinXp DDK. no the API
'KeTryToAcquireSpinLockAtDpcLevel()' is there in the header file
'ntddk.h' but not at all present in wdm.lib library file.
So my driver compiles without errors since its present in the header
file but gives a linker error saying that symbol
KeTryToAcquireSpinLockAtDpcLevel is not found.
Can any body tell that which library i need to link in order to use
this API.
