Suddenly out of the blue rundll32.exe and csrss.exe have begun a furious
fight for process time, such as renders the system unusable right from
boot up. Symantec anti-virus is running and up to date. No junk
shareware is running. The system is lightly used and has only a few
quality apps running. IE is always off. I have tried system restore
already.
I know about re-install and/or reformat + reinstall. I just want to
avoid that if possible. I use Windows very little, mainly to reduce
time spent in repair and support. Thanks in advance,
